Opening Parade - Sangat Fiesta

Sorry for the late post. I've just been very busy lately. But here it is...
Last June 15, 2011 was the start of the Long week celebration for the Sangat Fiesta in honor of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. The opening parade and motorcade was joined by our Barangay officials and staff, guests and fellow "Anak Sangat".  There were quite a lot of people who participated in the parade, more participants more fun. This year's fiesta was surely more festive.

Underbone Dirt Circuit Tournament & Motorcycle Show

The fiesta in honor of the Sacred Heart of Jesus in Sangat, San Fernando will be on June 15 to 25, 2011. One of the highlights for this year's fiesta is an Underbone Dirt Circuit Tournament & Motorcycle Show. The Motorcycle Show is scheduled on June 24, 2011. Only non-stock or modified motorcycles are allowed for the said competition. As for the Underbone Dirt Circuit Tournament, the exact location for the event will be announced soon. For those who are interested to join just contact Kevin @ 09275587545 or 09266359521.

Motor Show in Upper Laguna-Magtalisay

Last April 24, An Underbone Circuit Racing & Motor Show was held in Upper Laguna -  Magtalisay in San Fernando, Cebu during their fiesta and there were a few who participated during the event.

This was the first time that a Motor Show is held during a barangay fiesta in San Fernando, Cebu...and this won't be the last...there will be an upcoming Motor Show event next month here in Sangat, San Fernando. First Round South of 2011

I know this is a late post but better late than never, right? Last April 2 we had our first Round South of Cebu for this year, and yes there will be other road trips for the coming months. We just had a few company for this road trip..around 8 bikes and total of 14 persons. We had a great time with the whole experience, the sights were great and we also had good food. But there was also this negative thing about the trip for me, my body aches after the whole road  trip. It was my first time and boy it was a "pain in the butt"..hahaha..the pain didn't last anyway, so I'm still up for the upcoming trips.

Motorcycle 101

The motorcycle has a long history, dated way back on the second half of the 19th Century. It all started with "safety bicycle", the term was used to replace the high wheelers:

Our modern bicycle has evolved from the safety bicycle, it has the same feature except for the innovations and  the term used to call it. In our time we just simply call it "bicycle".

There were lots of engineers and inventors that had numerous ideas for innovation during those times, thus, creating different versions and designs. It was in 1860s that the first Steam powered motorcycle was created by 'Michaux et Cie', they are also known to have invented bicycles with pedals which they call velocipede. The first motorcycle production was by Hildebrand & Wolfmüller.

Welcome to my Online Crib!

It all started with a hobby. I became a motorcycle enthusiast not so long ago. Most of my friends in my hometown have their own motorcycles. And they don't just use it for mere transportation but they also do accessorize their rides. Making it look flashy, it defines the phrase "toys for the big boys". I do have my own motorcycle and I was so fond of accessorizing it and upgrading it's parts. We know how it really works, the faster the machine..the better. I admit, I'm also into speed. Since I get to know a few friends who shares the same hobby with motorcycles, I had an idea of venturing into a business that relates to my hobby. With the help of my Tatay, we started this small business which is just located in our own yard. It started pretty good and it stopped for awhile since I'm away working abroad. And now that I'm coming home, I'll be continuing the business and adding some more stuff. Actually, this is my wife's idea to go online, since she got a job for an SEO Company she tells me things about internet marketing. So, that's why we're having this site. And it won't be until I come home, which is 23 more days before I can post pics of my items. So, until then..I'll keep you posted. Thanks for visiting this blog. Appreciate it!
